Every trip departs from Kuah Jetty. Our office on Pantai Cenang handles bookings, hotel pickups and the kayak van.

Walk to the end of Jetty 3 and look for the blue flag. Show the booking on your phone; no printout needed. There is paid parking at Jetty Point and a café for the early departures.
If you booked pickup, the van leaves Pantai Cenang forty minutes before the boat and Kuah town twenty minutes before. The driver messages you the night before with the exact time.
